Toby Sheldon spent US $ 100,000 (66 lakh) in plastic surgeries to turn himself into a Justin Bieber lookalike. He was found dead in a motel room in San Fernando Valley, California (USA) on 21 August 2015. He seemed to acknowledge that his obsession was not quite in order as he accepted to appear in the 2014 reality show ‘Botched and my Strange Addiction’.

I wish I could accept myself as I am, be myself, be unique, be proud of my identity. I do not need be the carbon copy of anyone. There is no one else in the world, there never has been nor ever will be another like me. I do not need to be Mahatma Gandhi or Mother Teresa or Sardar Vallabhai Patel. I need to be the best I can be. Thank you, God, for making me, me.
